It’s Official – Dr. Glenn Barnes Named Superintendent of Cleveland ISD
The Cleveland ISD Board of Trustees has unanimously voted to appoint Dr. Glenn Barnes as the Superintendent of Schools. With a strong vision for educational excellence and community engagement, Dr. Barnes is ready to lead Cleveland ISD into a bright and successful future.
We welcome Dr. Barnes and look forward to the continued growth and success of our district under his leadership.

SSE's character word for April 2025 is HOPE -- Believing that something good can come out of something bad. Students will be learning what it means to have HOPE during a community meeting and classroom guidance lessons throughout the month.
